Ranks: When registering your Scout, please register them for the rank they will be as of September 2025.

Cub Participant: $140 regular price. Early Bird Special $125 until April 29 at 11:00 p.m.
Adult Staff: $15.00
Youth Staff: $15.00
Siblings: $10.00
Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy
T-Shirts:
***TBD. is the deadline to be guaranteed a t-shirt. If you register after TBD, you may still select the size shirt you would like. HOWEVER, we will be unable to guarantee you will get the sizes or quantities you selected.***
Health Forms:
An up-to-date Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A&B are required for every participant, including youth, siblings, adults, and staff. Health forms will be turned in prior to the start of camp. Additional instructions will be provided after registration.
Leader Guides:
Leader guides will be published for each camp before April 1, and will be available on our council webpage at: https://circleten.org/posts/80602/day-camp-description AND on individual registration sites
You and your Scout may attend a Day Camp in ANY district. You are not restricted to staying within your own district. Choose the one that works best for you! If you are interested in a different date/ location, please contact Liz or Steff.
